 Organizers are not responsible for your safety.  The organizers of this event disclaim any and all liability for the safety of participants. By attending, participants voluntarily assume all risks and accept full responsibility for their own safety, health conditions, conduct, and well-being. Attendees affirm that any vehicle brought to the event is in safe operating condition, with all critical systems (including but not limited to tires, brakes, oil, coolant, suspension, and safety equipment) properly maintained. Furthermore, participants are solely responsible for complying with all applicable California highway laws.

Driver’s License Requirement: All participants are required to possess a valid driver’s license. By attending the event, participants affirm that they hold a current, legally recognized driver’s license authorizing them to operate a motor vehicle. The organizers assume no responsibility for verifying the validity of licenses and disclaim any liability for unlicensed driving.

Participation in Road Rallies and Spirited Driving: Engagement in a road rally or spirited driving, when conducted in compliance with applicable laws, is NOT inherently unlawful. Participants understand that the event is not a formal club and that attendees may not be personally acquainted. While the event strictly prohibits reckless driving and illegal activity, organizers cannot control individual participant actions. Any participant choosing to act contrary to event policies or legal standards does so independently and at their own risk.

Traffic Violations and Reckless Driving Policy: Participants are expected to adhere to all traffic laws and regulations. The organizers expressly forbid reckless driving and unsafe behavior. Any participant whose actions endanger themselves or others, or who commit traffic violations deemed reckless, assumes full personal liability for such conduct. Violators may face legal consequences,disqualified from future participation. By attending, participants acknowledge and accept their individual responsibility for driving safely and within legal limits.
